Registration Process Approval & Badges

Your registration information is automatically forwarded to NIST for badge approval. In the very unlikely event that your badge is not approved, NACMA will contact you and if the issue cannot be resolved, will refund your payment. A few weeks prior to the event NIST will email you a NACMA@NIST Dash Pass (see below). Pick up your NACMA badge at the NACMA Reception (preferred) OR use your Dash Pass for temporary access to the NIST Administration building and pick up your NACMA badge at the event location (see below).

The NACMA @ NIST Dash Pass

The NACMA @ NIST Dash Pass provides you with temporary access to the NIST complex and the Administration 101 building where the NACMA @ NIST event is being held. To attend the event you must have the NACMA @ NIST Badge.

The Dash Pass is a one-time use pass and you will be required to pick-up your Badge for the duration of the event.

Picking Up Your NACMA @ NIST Badge

Picking up the NACMA Badge can be done at one of two locations

  1. August 27 at the NACMA @ NIST Reception in the Ballroom of the Holiday Inn between the hours 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  2. If you are unable to pick up your badge at the Reception you can claim your badge outside the NIST Green Auditorium in the Administration 101 building where the event will be held. Use your NACMA @ NIST Dash Pass, together with your required photo ID (see Getting onto the NIST Site: Security Requirements) and pick up your badge from the NIST booth directly outside the Green Auditorium.
